General Terms- All images contain a small watermark.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- I accept gore, suggestive themes (AS), and artistic nudity, but I do not draw pornography. Thank you for understanding.Payment- Payment is accepted via PayPal.
- I reserve the right to choose the payment structure. Usually, it is 100% upfront after the sketch is approved.
- I will provide my PayPal details once we agree on the terms, pricing, and project details.
- Prices listed are for personal use only. Commercial rates are negotiable.Process and Delivery- Turnaround time depends on complexity. My usual deadline is between 3 days and 6 months.
- Please note: I am based in Ukraine. Due to the ongoing situation (potential blackouts/attacks), delays may occur, but 6 months remains the absolute maximum deadline.
- You will be updated throughout the process: from sketch and lineart to shading and final details.
- All WIP (work-in-progress) images will include a protective watermark (only sketch).Revisions- Sketch Stage: Unlimited revisions are allowed (pose, anatomy, etc.). Once the sketch is approved, I move to the next stage. Please try to group your feedback to avoid excessive minor changes.
- Lineart & Color Stage: Only one (1) minor change to the lineart is included. Additional changes will incur an extra fee depending on complexity.Refunds and Cancellation Policy- No refunds will be issued once work on the commission has started.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.Copyright and Usage Policy- I retain full rights to the artwork (for non-commercial use). I may post it on my social media or portfolio.
- I will never sell your commissioned piece to another person.
- The Buyer is allowed to: Print the image for personal use, or use it as an illustration/avatar on social media and YouTube.- The Buyer is prohibited from: Claiming the artwork as their own or removing my signature/watermark.
